Our History

Quality Tech Services (QTS) was established in August of 2001 to offer a full range of services to the medical device market, including assembly, packaging, and contract sterilization.

QTS was originally owned through a Subchapter S Corporation controlled by three executive officers and outside investors. The three executive officers were:

Cretex Corporation purchased Quality Tech Services, Inc. in June 2017. At that time Quality Tech Services, Inc. became Quality Tech Services, LLC.

Moved Bloomington Warehouse from Hampshire Ave Facility to a new 41,000 sq. ft. facility in Shakopee, Minnesota, which includes office space and a new 816 sq. ft. Inspection Suite.
Enhanced cleaning capacity and services by expanding the cleaning and passivation area and installing an automated cleaning line system. Added a Mezzanine to include additional office, cubical and storage space
Joined Cretex family of medical companies
Celebrated 15th Year Anniversary
Expanded capabilities to include ISO Class 5 Cleanroom
Rebrand Launch
Added a Mezzanine along with additional office, cubical, and Conference room space
Expanded Hampshire Ave Facility from 37,000 sq. ft. to 54,000 sq. ft
